ABOUT
My name is Tyler Little I'm U.S. military veteran who served from 2003-2009, after being honorably discharged I continued my career in the federal government spending years leading teams and learning how to make an impact and deliver results where it actually matters.
The MMA industry wasn't ever a career ambition for me, rather it was just something I slowly grew into.
In 2020, during the height of the global pandemic, I launched an independent MMA media platform and began interviewing fighters from all over the world. Prospects, regional champions, and some of the most legendary fighters in the sport.
But being that close the action I began to observe the parts of the fight game that most people never see. Time and time again I saw supremely talented fighters ruin their careers by taking the wrong fights at the wrong time, accept bad deals, and have their career stall out completely. Not because they weren't good enough or motivated enough, but because these fighters didn't have the right guidance.
Over time, fighters I personally knew began asking me for my take on matchups, purses, and career decisions. That part started mattering more than the media content I was producing.
By 2025, with encouragement from fighters, coaches and other people I trust in the industry, I made it official and launched Little's MMA Management.
Today, I work with a small, carefully selected roster of fighters from across the country, helping them navigate their careers the right way with real guidance, well thought out advice and a long-term approach in a sport that burns people out fast.
Talent isn't rare in MMA, but good management is!!
